Our spacious two bedroom apartment has been recently renovated to a very high standard,and has air conditioning fitted throughout. The rental property is ideal for couples or small families. The apartment is fully equipped throughout and consists of one double bedroom and one twin room, both are a very good sizes and are fully furnished. The bathroom has a walk in shower. At the rear of the property you have access to lovely garden with table and chairs ideal for outside dining. you also have access to a fully equipped BBQ and sun loungers.

My wife and I really enjoy meeting and welcoming our guests to our lovely apartment, and will be on hand to help you in any way possible if needed. It is really important to us both that your stay with us is as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. We the know surrounding area quite well now and can recommend various places to visit and lots of good bars and restaurants that are near by.

Our apartment is located in a lovely and quiet Urbanization called Blue Lagoon, all the main beaches are only a ten minute drive away, and you also have a lovely modern shopping center called Zenia Boulevard which has a great range of shops, restaurants bowling etc. Also nearby we have the Villamartin Plaza which has lots of bars and some really great restaurants, plus good entertainment throughout the main summer months. Another place for a great evening out is La Fuente commercial center again a great choice of bars and restaurants to choose from, both places are only a few minutes drive away or a 15 minute walk. if you preferred to get a taxi its approximately 5 Euros one way. There is also a nice selection of bars plus a few restaurants to choose from which are only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. Just a few minutes up the road we have two large well stocked supermarkets for all your needs Mercadona and Aldi We do recommend a car for your stay, but there is a local bus route a few minutes away . If you do drive or hire a car during your stay there is plenty of street parking available outside the property.
