Location, Location, Location! The apartment was selected 3 consecutive years as Booking traveller review awards including 2022! The apartment is located next to the Jesus metro stop. And 100 m. from the Joaquín Sorolla train station, is the high-speed train station. It has a private underground parking secured 24h/7 included in the price. My apartment has a special touch, you have to come and check it. It is a comfortable house, quiet and above all well located. You can walk to the historic centre in just 15 minutes. The apartment has a high-speed Internet and free Netflix and Prime Video Amazon accounts where you can enjoy all the movies and tv shows. All those who have chosen my home to spend a few days of vacation, work, relaxation, meetings, You will know that the decision has been the right one as soon as you walk through the door. You count on my advice to tell you where to eat the best Paella, the places of tapas, drinks, leisure and recreation. I have prepared maps, subway plans, tourist bus, visits to make within the city ... The City of Sciences, Oceanography, Hemisferic... There is a baby crib available upon your request. The property has a spot of indoor parking for a regular size car free of charge. After booking you will receive a QR code that must be scanned when you get in and get out from the parking.
The apartment is located in a strategic point, in terms of communication with the exits and entrances of the city, as well as the proximity to the old town and its beaches. You can get to the main city beaches(Malvarrosa, Patacona) via Subway in just 32 minutes. At 50 meters from the apartment you can find supermarkets, pharmacy... and a large number of small shops and large shopping centres. There are bars with terraces and numerous restaurants.
It is located in a neighborhood with atmosphere. There are supermarkets very close, pharmacy, bakery, various gift shops. You can walk to the city center in just 15 minutes. It is next to the Joaquín Sorolla AVE station. It has a metro stop 15 m from the apartment.
