Luxurious Mallorcan finca in Muro for rent. This beautiful finca is located between Muro and Can Picafort, only a few kilometres from the beach and still in a quiet location. It is no more than 10 minutes by car to the wonderful beaches of Can Picafort and Platja de Muro, as well as to the unique water protection area S'Albufera. The charming finca offers space for 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each. The bathrooms are very modern and luxurious. A fully equipped, modern kitchen is at your disposal. Next to it is the spacious living/dining area, also in modern design. For your entertainment there is a flat screen TV (cable/satellite) as well as CD and DVD players. On the 35 sqm covered terrace you can spend cosy barbecue evenings and enjoy the fantastic view. You can refresh yourselves in the 9x5 metre pool and there are sun loungers in the garden prepared for your relaxation. A wonderful property that leaves nothing to be desired. IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment. - Electricity included ( 3 kw/day and person) - Air conditioning according to consumption. (0,30 Eur/kW) - A refundable deposit is charged. - Parties are not allowed. - To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
