Directly in Schwabing but only a stone's throw away from the A9 motorway. We are in a newly designed, green neighborhood with urban lifestyle. A small stream behind our Leocarée exudes tranquility in the middle of the city. Those who prefer cosmopolitan travel in about 4 minutes by tram directly to Münchner Freiheit, there you will find many different service providers, restaurants and shopping. Starting in autumn until the end of the year there will be no normal service for the Tram 23. Instead there will be a rail replacement service. However, you can still reach the inner city of Minich without a ptoblem! For additional information our front office agents are happy to help!
