Welcome to the vacation apartment Kaiser Ludwig. Our apartment is centrally located in Munich, in beautiful Untergiesing with lots of nice bars, cafés and restaurants. The underground station Candidplatz and all shops for daily needs are right next door. The underground takes you in five minutes to city center and main station. At the same time you walk only 10 minutes to the Isar and the most beautiful recreational area of Munich, the Flaucher. The Flaucher stays for the lifestyle and the beauty of Munich like no other place. The apartment is perfect for families and groups between three and seven people. We are looking forward to welcoming you soon as our guests. Beautifully renovated old historic building with vacation apartment on the ground floor with a total of two double rooms and an adjoining room with single bed. The guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a newly renovated large bathroom and a living room with dining area and convertible sofa bed. The rooms are completely new furnished. We offer WLAN, TV, washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine and hair dryer. Professional cleaning. Washing machine and dryer for free. Cots for children for free.

Untergiesing is the district where most of locals live. Untergiesing is very nice because of the high number of still existing old buildings. There are many shops and boutiques as well as great bars, cafes and restaurants. The location is perfect for a city break. It is easy to get to the city center with Marienplatz and Englischer Garten. The subway stop is right on the doorstep. At the same time there are no 10 minutes walk to the Isar and the Flaucher. There you will find relaxation and a beautiful natural landscape in the middle of the city.
