My fully equipped 2-room apartment offers space for two people and is centrally located in the heart of the old town, in a quiet street. The castle garden is only a few steps away. The city center, state theater, outdoor pool and restaurants as well as stores for daily needs are within walking distance. Well suited for business travelers, singles and couples. The apartment is located in a cul-de-sac in the rear building of a three-party house in the Marschweg district and is less than two kilometers southwest of the city centre. The University of Oldenburg is about three kilometers to the northwest and the Oldenburg train station to the northeast is only a few minutes away by car or cab. Due to its central location to the city center, the area offers many shopping facilities, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and doctors. The residential area, in one of the oldest districts in Oldenburg, is characterized by a pleasant owner and tenant profile and can be described as pleasantly quiet despite its very central location. The infrastructure can be described as extremely good, with bus stops directly on the adjacent Marschweg. The OLantis Huntebad (open-air and indoor swimming pool) and the Marschwegstadion are in the immediate vicinity. A few meters further on, the castle garden and Eversten Holz park invite you to take a walk in picturesque nature in the middle of the city center.
