Please note: the rent on booking does not include water and light, the amount will be deducted from the deposit. Normal use will be around USD 5-8 per day. Studio Kolibri is located directly next to the pool, yet it has a lot of privacy because of the shrubbery. An open first floor has been constructed in it, so that optimum use is made of the space with extra 3 single beds. The floor is accessible by stairs (with baby gate). It has been modernized and has been decorated in a beachy style with fresh colors according to the latest trends. Nice lockable porch with fence, living room with double bed, new open kitchen with fridge and hob, spacious closet with safe and separate bathroom with washing machine. Seru Coral has one of the largest and most beautiful pools on the island with wonderful sun beds around it, a waterfall, palm islands and evening lighting. Seru Coral is a lovely place. The houses have cheerful colors and there is a nice breeze on top of the hills. In the park you will find a diving school and around the corner of the park a masseur. The resort is located right next to the Santa Catharina nature reserve, where you can enjoy Kite Surfing, hiking and mountain biking. The waves spray high on the cliffs. Also here is the Sint Joris Bay, the perfect kitesurfing bay with two kite schools. The food and drinksy "buzz" of Jan Thiel Beach is within fifteen minutes within reach, and you can drive to the most beautiful beaches in West punt in no time.
We are a couple that loves Curacao so much that we bought this charming little studio without hesitation. We stayed there for two long periods with our two children and enjoyed our time (whilst also working remotely). The studio is very "social", if you like, you can chat all day with your temp-park friends, whilst eating ice creams from the freezer. But if you like to be on your own a bit more that is also very possible because of the area in from of the studio with plants that separate you from the pool. With small children you can simple close the gate of the patio to be sure that they stay within reach.
Willemstad is superclose. You can do all the usual stuff there (visit the pondjesbrug, enjoy the restaurants, etc. Nearby there is "Hofi Cas Cora", a charming farm that serves delicious food in a hip and open setting. There are also farm animals for children to discover and wander around. There is the Ostrich farm, which has a nice informative ostrich tour in a bus but also a restaurant with a "zambia" setting you wouldn't be surprised to find there. Ostrich burgers are nice, the "smoothies" are less nice. A bit further away yet supernice is the Surf school "windsurfing curacao". Food, lessons, good vibes, our favourite for hanging out in a sporty way.
