Quietly located studio with a fantastic sea view. The only sound you hear is the murmur of the sea and it is very close by. The studio is completely open so that you can look at the sea from the bed. In short, you can see the sea in all corners of the studio. Very homely and everything is there and it is certainly a place to fully enjoy and relax. There are currently major construction works in the area, many cranes to see, but you will not be bothered by that. The studio is situated at the front towards the sea and works are at the back and side. The works can hardly be heard. The only noise? The murmur of the sea and that's what you come for. Welcome to Ostend.
I myself am a social person and I like to make others feel good. That is why I offer this place so that you too can enjoy this nice place. Listen to the sea, the waves and the calm will come and if I succeed I will be a happy person
Ostend is a wonderful neighbourhood, shops are open every day, even on Sundays. Plenty of restaurants and places of interest. At the back door is the Kinepolis and the golf and the Wellington Racecourse. Continuing through the galleries you will first come across the casino and wherever you end up in the shopping streets. But if you go further, you will come across the breakwater where the seals come to rest and relax a lot. You will see numerous fish stalls further along the water where you can buy tasty fish. Do you take the other side when you are outside the building and to the left? Then you come to the beautiful Mariakerke bath. Via this road you will also come across a playground and especially many nice restaurants and tasty ice creams. Ostend is a wonderful city and there is also a very beautiful beach.
