This Villa is not afforded access to Oaks Managed Resort facilities (resort pool, tennis courts & gym). The Owners/Hillside pool is open from NSW September School Holidays until NSW Easter School Holidays. 1 set of Linen per reservation is provided. 1 bath towel per person. Guests may wish to bring extra towels. Pool/Lake/Beach towels are BYO. We are Eco-Friendly - Personal Toiletries are BYO We operate under a Strict No-Party & Non-Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in NSW STR Legislation & Local Council Laws. Extra Guests: The number of people nominated on your booking is the maximum number of people that are allowed to be on the property at any one time. Cameras & Noise Monitoring: this property may have Wi-Fi Security Cameras at the front & rear access points + noise monitoring devices. Every booking must complete guest registration prior to arrival with visual identification.
