This privately owned 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, air-conditioned Villa is situated at Cypress Lakes Resort in the heart of the Hunter Valley Wine Country. Located in front of a serene and spacious grassed area makes it the perfect spot for all ages including families with children to run around. Kangaroos are often seen at dawn,& dusk, and Hot Air Balloons flights can be viewed from the bedroom balconies at Sunrise. The Villa has 3 King Size beds, which 2 can be configured to 4 King Singles. The Master bedroom has its own private ensuite with a bathtub. To comfortably accommodate 8 guests, when utilising the sofa bed, we recommend 2 children or 1 Adult. It has a 50 inch Smart TV in the lounge room, & a TV in the Master bedroom. Spacious living & dining areas open up to an al fresco balcony enjoying the natural bush setting. It also has plenty of games, cards, Dvd's & books for both the children & adults. It has an onsite Restaurant, Bar, Shared Pool for private villas only, & an international golf course is located at the property (fees apply). The property is owned by the same owners as the 2 bedroom 'Villa Provincial' also situated at Cypress Lakes Resort with Golf Views.
