The kitchen features all modern conveniences including dishwasher, coffee pod machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer with ice/water dispenser and breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. Continuing to indoor Dining for 8 and a large lounge area with Gas Log Fire and 55” Large Smart TV with Netflix availability. Due to local council laws there is a strict 11pm noise curfew. Minimum booking age: 30 years old This property has a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY Please note: This property is located directly opposite 'Captains of Rye'. This is a popular venue for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This venue also includes a cocktail bar and live music on a regular basis.
