This charming cottage exudes character and is in one of the best locations in Eagle Bay, just 50m from the beautiful beach. Surrounded by large trees, it has a lovely bush aspect and large, north facing, outdoor entertaining area with outdoor modular lounge perfect for long lazy days in the sun. In Winter find yourself cosy inside around the wood fire while the rain patters on the tin roof. The open plan living and kitchen area are at the front of the house with French doors leading on to the outdoor area. Two bedrooms and bathroom are located behind. The large third bedroom containing a queen size bed is located upstairs in a lovely light-filled open loft with its own private deck. Comfortably furnished, the house has a wonderfully relaxed feeling - you will feel like you are truly on holiday. Perfect for families.
