We gave thought to everything you may need for a perfect stay whether for vacation or for business purposes. This includes, to mention only a few, an extravagant box spring bed (180x200cm), high quality damask linen, 43" or 32” flat screen Samsung Smart TV and free access to our Netflix account, remote controlled sunblinds at the windows, high-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, universal adapters. You will also love: 1) the immaculate bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, high-end toiletries and a hair dryer. 2) the BL42's unique style: carefully selected, high quality design classics with a slight Viennese touch. 3) the location at the river front (also perfect for going for a run or having a nice walk - even downtown) - only 2min walking distance to the subway U4 taking you directly, amongst others, to:  the Opera (9min) from where you can walk the famous Kärntner Straße directly to St Stephens (Stephansplatz) in less than 10 min,  Schönbrunn (18min),  Naschmarkt (11min),  the City Airport Train (6min).

CHECK-IN: You can check in anytime as of 2 p.m. on your arrival date. We will provide the details to you a few days before your arrival. HOW TO GET THERE: We will send you detailed instructions on how to get to The BL42 by public transport a few days prior to your arrival (from Airport approx. 30 min with CAT and then metro U4). If you need the information earlier, just let us know. PARKING: Note the apartment building does not provide for a parking garage. In case you are traveling by car, please let us know and we will advise on the parking situation and where to best park nearby. INFO-BOOK: You will find a detailed info booklet in the apartment including information on the apartment itself (operating the electronic sunblinds at the windows, Netflix, kitchen equipment etc) as well as our personal recommendations of a few restaurants and bars we fancy. SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. In case you want to enjoy a cigarette kindly do so on the french balcony of the apartment. Thank you! About the Neighborhood: The BL42 is located at the Donaukanal in a residential area with lots of supermarkets etc around. The Supermarkets "Spar", "Denns" (selling exclusively organic products) and "Billa" are in walking distance and can be reached within a couple of minutes. In Vienna, all shops and supermarkets are usually closed on Sundays, however, the supermarket "Billa" (at Franz Josefs Bahnhof - 6min walk) as well as a bakery around the corner are open also on Sundays. A pharmacy is around the corner (in Webergasse - less than 1min walk, closed on Sundays). As mentioned, the apartment is situated at the Donaukanal, so if you want to go for a run, ride a bike, take a walk or even walk downtown - this is perfect, go ahead! If you enjoy walking as an alternative to public transport: You can walk the Donaukanal to "Schwedenplatz" in about 20 minutes, from there you walk to the St Stephans Cathedral and/or the old town ("Stephansplatz") in about 7 minutes. There are also a lot of cool spots for food and drinks at the Donaukanal in spring/summer/autumn (e.g. the "Summerstage"). We are happy to provide further info in this regard.
