Welcome to our exclusive mountain residence "AlpinWell" at 1400 meters above sea level, directly in the ski area and only a few steps away from the ski lift "Sonnleitn". This apartment, renovated in 2024, not only offers a first-class location, but also contemporary comfort. From the garage space in the house, take the lift directly to the garage or the ski room. The heart of this residence is the cozy large living room, an inviting space to relax and socialize. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the western peaks of Nassfeld while you warm up and revitalize yourself in the infrared cabin. From the large balcony you can enjoy the sun almost all day long! The sleeping areas are spacious and offer you a restful night's sleep after an exciting day on the slopes. The entire apartment is state of the art, with new bathrooms/WC/urinal. The kitchen is fully equipped with new crockery and also has a dishwasher, oven, extractor fan, microwave and of course a Nespresso coffee machine.
