The 52m² apartment is located on the top floor, which is accessible by elevator. It offers one bedroom with a double bed and a living/dining area with a pull-out couch, which provides an additional sleeping option. Furthermore, the accommodation is equipped with a spacious bathroom including a bathtub, the toilet is separate. Highlight of the apartment is the beautiful terrace with a wide view over Vienna. The accommodation is located about 15 minutes walk from the recreational area Alte Donau. The contrast between the urban landscape and the Danube idyll makes the area particularly attractive. In addition to boat and SUP rentals, there are numerous outdoor pools such as Gänsehäufel as well as free swimming opportunities with sunbathing lawns. The Vienna International Center and the Austria Center are in the immediate vicinity. Although the apartment is located a bit outside the city center, the connection to public transport is excellent. About 9 minutes walk from the apartment is the Kagran subway station, which will take you to St. Stephen's Cathedral in 10 minutes. Also near the subway station is the shopping center "Donauzentrum", where you can find several supermarkets and stores.
