LUCIANA PALERMO SOHO The apartment is strategically located in the heart of PALERMO SOHO. It is decorated with furniture designed by its owners, thinking about every detail and the guest's needs, so that we lack nothing. Surface is 85m2, prepared for short or long stays, it was designed to live. The rooms are spacious, closets, another state-of-the-art air conditioning (hot/cold) was recently incorporated (July 2023), it has ceiling fans in both rooms, sheets, covers, pillows, cushions, blankets. It has a safe. We are constantly renewing ourselves, we are incorporating more comforts and new services on a daily basis. We have the best WIFI company in the entire property, the highest speed, 2 HD TV, Smart TV, very comfortable sofa, spacious and comfortable living room, table designed by us, puff, cushions, glassware, international plugs, usb ports ( throughout the property), hot/cold air conditioning. Very well equipped kitchen, 10 kg washing machine, large refrigerator, new oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, Italian coffee maker, filter coffee maker, blender, etc., instant coffee, teas, napkins, sugar, sweetener, salt, etc. are left. laundry room with internal balcony, iron, ironing board. The bathroom is constantly being renovated, toilet set, bidet, sink, shower etc., (May 2023) They are provided with towels, washcloths, dispensers with liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and a high-quality hair dryer. Balcony facing the street, large bright windows, roller blinds, outdoor furniture, divine view. Very wide crockery, kitchen utensils of all kinds, if you need something in particular, we will gladly send it to you. We always leave you a FREE Welcome snack. At 20 meters, we have the restaurant "DON JULIO" THE BEST GRILL IN THE WORLD cuisine that represents Argentina", at 100 meters is "EL PREFERIDO" is from the same owners as "DON JULIO" and with a cheaper version. We are close to everything. "PLAZA SERRANO" was chosen among the 10 "coolest in the world" for its restaurants and bars as well as "PLAZA ARMENIA" And all of this is within a radius of a few blocks, which means that you can walk to all these emblematic places. For those who want to go shopping a few blocks away, there is A PREMIUM OUTLET (it is the only Mall open, that is, its surface is not covered and it has a different appeal than other malls in the city, and there are the best international brands, There are also gastronomic sectors there. We are 4 blocks from "PLAZA ITALIA" where all means of public transport are located (buses, trains, subways, tourist bus, etc.) which allows us to move throughout the city, you can also rent bicycles and skateboards. Historical and emblematic places that make the City of Buenos Aires one of the must-see options when traveling to ARGENTINA.
