Very welcoming hosts. Very helpful. Tani and the family are great people. Excellent cleanliness. Location is excellent. Also the rent value is excellent. I can honestly recommend it to those who really want to vacate in Ksamil.

Tani's Guesthouse is located 100 m from the main square with the Tirana Bank and Post Office in it. As you look at the square from the main Butrint Road (Rruga Butrinti), walk westward, past Hotel Joni and Hotel Driloni, 100 m into Apollonia Street until you see a sign that reads 'Tani's Guesthouse". The guest house consists of: - Double rooms with balcony, with 1 double bed and NO KITCHEN in it, suitable for couples. - Triple rooms with 1 double bed + 1 single bed, with a kitchen, suitable for parents with 1 child. - Quadruple Rooms with 1 double + 2 twin beds, with a kitchen, suitable for parents with 2 children.
Tani is a fluent English speaker and knows some Italian and Greek. He is as friendly as they come and is passionate about accommodating to his guests and making sure they have a good time in Ksamil.
Our neighborhood is next to the beach, with its beach restaurants and jet ski rentals. It is also only 100 m from the main square and the nearest Tirana Bank, bus stop, three shopping malls, two pizza places, and other restaurants.
