Excellent location. Very near Dubai Marina with a very nice walk. Near the tram station that connects to the Palm Jumeirah and to the main metro line. Very clean and comfortable. A very nice balcony . The pool downstairs is fantastic and everything is in good working condition. All the people are courteous and helpful.
