There was a problem with the booking system and we had to change room after one night. It was no problem for us and they immediately gave a refund even though it was no problem. Really helpful people also when you want to explore the area. Clean room and restroom (we had a private room).

The people were so friendly and accommodating, we had such an amazing time. Everyone that works there went above and beyond ensuring that we had a great trip and it was in part because of them and their hospitality that we did. I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Martha's Vineyard.
