The Big Island Hostel er staðsett í Hilo og Coconut Island-ströndin er í innan við 2,8 km fjarlægð. The facility was a fantastic value. The attention to the needs of guests in advance was truly remarkable. The layout was well-planned, such that rarely was there a wait for restroom facilities. The staff was friendly and attentive and readily available for check-in. The grounds are well maintained and very clean considering the number of guests. I extended my stay several times and found each of the different suites comfortable and cozy. A great place to end each day of a Hawaiian island adventure.

My favorite Hostel from now on, i would call the whole area with private rooms more like HOTEL instead of HOSTEL

Open Gate Hostel Hawaii er staðsett í Pahoa, 1,1 km frá Kaimu-ströndinni og býður upp á gistirými með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, sameiginlegri setustofu og verönd. I really loved this hostel. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure the guests had a nice experience. The hostel itself is a very unique structure built on lava fields. Definitely one of the most interesting hostels I’ve ever stayed at.
