But the best thing about our stay l were the owners of the hotel, who were so wonderful and friendly, helped us when we were struggling with altitude sickness and really went above and beyond to make our time in Huaraz amazing. The breakfast was a real treat. Carla was an excellent host. The location although far from town was exactly what I needed for some peace and quiet, to ground and acclimate to the altitude. The garden area was perfect for laying in a hammock, reading my book and doing my morning exercises.

Staff were friendly and accommodated our vegan diet for breakfast.
