Featuring a shared lounge, restaurant, bar and free WiFi, Bambuda Bocas Town is located in Bocas del Toro, less than 1 km from Istmito and 2.4 km from Y Griega Beach. I don’t understand why this hotel doesn’t have 10 stars. It’s perfect. A summary of all the good things: 1. The deck. One day I literally spent the entire day at the deck, either reading a book in one of the beds, taking a swim, seeing sea-animals passing by, etc… 2. Breakfast is good and generous. I had the Caribbean breakfast every day. 3. Location is perfect. Just a few blocks far from “the noise”, yet close to several restaurants, grocery stores and to Bocas downtown. It’s walkable from/to the Almirante boats docks. 4. Staff was nice. 5. The room was perfect. 6. We took the advertised tour to Isla Zapatilla for $37, which I recommend. 7. Wifi was decent. Had a little glitch sometimes from the room, but acceptable. 8. We had a welcome drink/activity at night and used the paddle board for free on Thursday at 10am.

Bambuda Lodge is located in the tropical rain forest in Bocas del Toro. The property features a coral reef off its dock and a swimming pool with an on-site bar and a fun and social atmosphere. I have to say that it was one of the best hostel experiences I've ever had. The hostel itself is clean, spacious and has a really welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are all friendly and helpful, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I had an amazing time here and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to chill, read a book, meet new people, enjoy the nature and an amazing ocean view. A special thanks to my friend Marco that, as a part of the staff, was a huge factor in making my stay so amazing. I can't thank him enough for his kindness and hospitality, and I hope to stay at Bambuda again in the future. Finally, a shout-out to the kitchen chef! I had the best meals in Panamá because of his dinners! Thank you!

Honestly this place was so cute, I really enjoyed my stay here. It’s right on the water and so gorgeous. The two kitchens makes it easy to cook at the same time as others and omg the pina coladas were the best I’ve had. No air con or hot water but I didn’t mind this so much, just worth baring in mind if you’re someone it’s an issue for xxx

Hostal del Mar - Main Street is located in Bocas del Toro, with excellent sea views. It is just 50 metres from the city’s restaurant and bar zone and 25 km from the airport. The host is very friendly and welcoming. The location is very central and the place looks very cozy. In the morning you can watch the sunrise form the beautiful terrace

Located in Bocas del Toro and with Istmito reachable within 1.5 km, Old Bocasso provides a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a terrace. Excellent stay with great location. We had pleasent 2 night stay in quirky and charming house. Super host Katarina with her tips regarding our needs. House is located close to city centre and that was our main goal for short stay. On the other hand it was far from noisy part of the town. We chilled during breakfast on small front patio hanging out on hammock and watching interesting live of Bocas. Kitchen is well equipped and overall very interesting furnitures and styl of house gave us amazing impression. Highly recommended for everyone. We stayed in room nr 1 and we very happy with our stay.

Such a cute place. Great for relaxing during the day and having fun at night (good for hanging out with the Friday crowd without having to pay for the whole thing). Staff was amazing and very friendly. Lots of spots to sit and chill too!!
