Aia ja terrassiga Rancho Tranquillo asub Moyogalpas ranna ääres. Kohapeal on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja turismiinfo. Hosteli igas toas on istumisnurk. Breakfast is fantastic! Owners are wonderful. Close to the city but feels very 'tranquillo'.

Aia, terrassi, restorani ja baariga hostel La Urraca Loca asub Balgue'is. Grillimisvõimalusega majutusasutus asub Maderase vulkaanist 12 km kaugusel. We stayed in the room with the private bathroom and it was just perfect. The shower even had hot water (not that you need it with the heat) and the room was really clean and made us feel at home. The hostel is surrounded by nature and they even offer filtered water which is really practical because buying countless plastic bottles was starting to annoy us. They also offer tours to the volcano, scooter rents and other activities for a very fair price. The breakfast is delicious as well, prepared fresh and with love. The owners were super friendly too. They told us what we could do in Ometepe giving their personal opinion on different activities without being pushy or trying to sell us any tours at all. We really loved our stay at Urraca Loca!

Out of all my years travelling, I’ve never found somewhere that has ticked literally every box. It’s so clear that the owners have spent many years backpacking as everything has been thought of from a back packers perspective. As well as amenities, the vibe is so goooood. The chilled nights are chilled and the party nights are banging. The music and food, the staff, the location, everything! Thank you soooo much to Charlie, Styx and the gang for looking after me and attending to my every need. I’m so gutted I had to eventually leave. Love and appreciate you guys! May we meet again! I reccomend rain dance to everyone.

Coco's Hostel is immaculately clean, with a pleasant central garden area tended with care and hung with colorful hammocks. Mayela, the owner, is delightful and does her best to make the guest feel welcome. This is my "go to" place when I am in Moyogalpa.

Great location 10 minutes walk into Moyogalpa. Lorena and Martín were very welcoming and helpful. Arranged a scooter for me. Lovely patio with chairs and hammocks.

Hostel Santa Cruz Ometepe asub Altagracias, 1,2 km kaugusel Santo Domingo rannast. Kohapeal on aed, tasuta eraparkla, ühine puhkeruum ja terrass. Friendly staff, great location and view. The house special rice dish is delicious.

Kolmetärnihotell Sophie House asub Moyogalpas. Kohapeal on aed, ühine puhkeruum ja terrass. Hostelis on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. Igas toas on privaatne vannituba. Very kind family who prepares delicious local food.

See väike pereettevõte asub Altagraciast vaid 2,5 km kaugusel. Hotelli ümbritseb loodus ning läheduses on Ogo de Agua, Altagracia, Vulcano looduskaitseala ja palju muud. very cosy, had everything you needed good location and Liz is very very friendly and helpful!

El Pital, Chocolate Paradise asub Balgue'is. Kohapeal on aed, ühine puhkeruum, terrass ja restoran. Santo Domingo rand on 3 km ja Maderase vulkaan 11 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on baar ja erarand. The property was so nice. It was in nature with a jungle vibe but also very clean. The food was amazing! I stayed in the 10 bed dorm and it was very big and comfortable. The vibe was relaxed as well. There isn’t a common area but rather everyone hangs out by the water in the restaurant but as a solo traveller I met some great people just in the dorm. The staff are also very friendly. If you’re a party person, this isn’t the hostel for you. If you want to relax in a nice place surrounded by nature, this is the place for you.

El Zopilote Permaculture Farm/hostel on seljakotireisijate hostel ja permakultuurifarm. Külalisi ootavad erinevad külalislahkused, nagu privaatsed toad, ühistoad, telkimisalad ja võrkkiiged. A pearl in nature, allowing city dwellers to get a tiny bite of the jungle/farm. Self sustainable with energy, serving own produce - big thumbs up. wouw. Beware that a place being in a somewhat better balance with surrounding nature, has basic bathroom facilities. We just found it perfect.
