The apartment is in a great location, has a fantastic use of space and is very private. The facilities are excellent and a comfortable bed. Whilst you don’t have parking, Fore Street car park is next door for drop off and there’s cheap parking within a few mins (we parked at Blackfriars car park). The owners are very friendly and welcoming and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

I understand it was a budget hotel but it was still more like an hostel rather than an hotel, it is the type of place where you go out on a night and pull and go back and do the deed so to speak. No drink making facilities, no room to swing a cat , bathroom door was see through so no privacy there either. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Its a great location for all my needs for work in Ipswich, Its a lovely old building with character, plenty of free parking, nice reception and always very polite and professional staff. Rooms are nice and large, beds were comfortable for my needs and contains all you would expect from a budget type hotel.

great staff! everyone in this hotel is very friendly and helpful, nice breakfast-lots of fruits, strong wifi, a great location (max 10 min drive to the centre) and a safe big car park

great location free parking if staying overnight just enter reg at check in, very comfy bed, shower water pressure good , lovely friendly staff, cheap drinks and pub food, great breakfast

Great location for attending wedding at Smeetham Hall Barn- less than 10 min drive. Local shops and restaurants convenient! Friendly staff and safe car park. Picturesque.

The best place we've recently been. Cheap, very good and quiet location. Very helpful and nice host. We were able to leave of food in the fridge, and cook in the kitchen. We washed our clothes in the washing machine. Very quiet and warm house. I truly recommend this hostel in Newmarket.

Lovely modern room, simple check in. Bed was comfy and great value for money. Great location right next to Oulton Broad. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Room felt very light and airy. Would definitely stay again for a cheap stopover.
