South of France: Pesquise hostels

Em Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, a cerca de 11 km de Igreja de Baigorry, Gite de la Porte Saint Jacques: a hostel for pilgrims dispõe de um jardim, quartos não fumador, acesso Wi-Fi gratuito e um terraço. Tive uma recepção maravilhosa pela anfitriã, óptimas condições gerais do alojamento. Alojamento situado na rua principal onde se inicia o caminho francês de Santiago. Pequeno almoço óptimo, a tarte de maçã é divinal 👌🤩

Offering a terrace and views of the garden, La Maïoun Guesthouse is situated in Nice in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, 500 metres from the beach. Location is excellent. A lot of the tourist spots are within walking distance. Those that weren't were easily accessible with the nearby tram. Upon check-in, the host gave a quick tour of the place as well as a walk through of the rules and overall made sure I knew where I can get the things I needed etc. They had a compilation of information that's very helpful for tourists. I also appreciated the towel provided for each guest and a small fan for every bed. They've done a good job to anticipate the guests' needs and made sure all those are well provided for. All the other guests were polite and mindful of each other's comfort which I think was made possible by the system / organisation that the hostel has. Lastly, it was a very sweet gesture to provide guests with free breakfast which was more than enough as a meal (plus their homemade dessert was fantastic!)

It has a good localization, the garden is lovely, rooms comfortable and safe, and the best of my experiences were people in reception, they were really good on services, congratulation for everybody, They are pretty friendly

Solfé Backpacker apresenta bicicletas gratuitas, salão partilhado, um terraço e bar em Luz-Saint-Sauveur. Apresentando serviço de transporte gratuito, este alojamento também dispõe de parque infantil.... Really nice owner, offered us a lift to town when he was going, and advised us of the shuttle from the Tourist Information centre which was very helpful. Very modern hostel, gorgeous rooms, view and terrace, as well as a well equipped kitchen and communal room.

Situado em Saint-Michel, está localizado a 9 km de Saint Jean pied de port, a última estalagem antes de Espanha. Beautiful building with great facilities for a small number of pilgrims. Exceptional care and kindness from owner. Very good facilities and comfortable beds with your own curtain. The location is perfect when walking the Camino. Views from here are stunning.

Surfhostel Hossegor, em Soorts-Hossegor, providencia acomodações apenas para adultos com um jardim, um salão partilhado e comodidades para churrascos. Very friendly stuff, cool atmosphere, close to the main beach.

O Spotsleeping é um hostel situado em Anglet, a 500 metros da praia, que disponibiliza comodidades para desportos aquáticos, um jardim e uma cozinha. Está disponível acesso Wi-Fi gratuito. The house is super clean, everything well organized and all steps taken to make the guest feel comfortable. The hosts are always available for anything and are super friendly! It was great meeting the other guests too, never felt lonely! And the location??? 10/10!! Close to everything. I truly enjoyed my stay

Au Petit chez Soi encontra-se em frente à praia, em Cassis, a 4 minutos a pé de Praia Grande Mer e a 700 m de Praia de Bestouan. Anne-Marie was a friendly, helpful, welcoming host with lots of information about Calanques National Park and all the beaches in the area. She is a native French speaker but can communicate in English. I couldn’t ask for more from a hostel! The outdoor area is absolutely beautiful and charming, with lots of plants, and places to hang wet clothes. The location is a five minute walk from the center, and the port, and there are restaurants even closer. There is a stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, two communal bathrooms and showers. The property is very quaint but there is lots of space, with only six people per room (there are two rooms total) However, other amenities aren’t plentiful. -no laundry machines, but there is a laundromat right down the street with washers and dryers for roughly €10 - very minimal free breakfast -like many hostels in Europe, you pay a few euros for city tax in cash at the end of your stay -not a party hostel at all but everyone was friendly and had great vibes (which I prefer)
