Clematisso is a youth hostel located in La Marana, 17 km from Bastia. The property features a barbecue and a private beach area. You will find a 24-hour front desk at the property. I was travelling with a bike, and I disembarked from my ferry in Bastia late in the evening (10pm). The host was so kind to wait for me beyond the check-in time until I arrived after an hour ride from the port and prepared a room (with bathroom) all for myself even if beds were available in other rooms occupied by guests (at no further charges). For the rest I could find everything I needed for a comfortable night. Fully recommended!

The place was very clean, there is enough space in the rooms. Breakfast was very nice and the staff has always been kind and available. The self check-in is very useful. Very very good accomodation

Objekat chez marie, koji je smešten u gradu Porto Ota, ima vrt i bar, kao i restoran. Sve jedinice uključuju balkon sa pogledom na planinu i besplatnim WiFi internetom. Everything was excellent. The vegetarian meals the kitchen made me were so satisfying and tasty for such a reasonable price. I highly recommend Chez Marie for hostels or gîtes traveling to a terrific setting with beautiful and dramatic mountain stream walks and wading just a kilometer to the east.

Situated at an altitude of 750 metres in the village of Zevaco in the Corsican Mountains, Auberge de Jeunesse Chez Mc Donald is just 30 minutes from the beaches at Ajaccio. The place is a straight 10. It is not meant for everybody. Being there it is like being in a small travelling family. You will sit at a table with 10+ people from all over the world. Mr Donald, the owner, it is an amazing host, friendly, warm, welcoming. If you are that specific person that enjoy real travels, you will love the place.
