One staff member (among other assistance he gave me) extensively helped me sort my train ticket. Many thanks again to him !!! - Simply the best location you can have in Hangzhou: in the old city, close to the metro and famous shopping street ; but in a very quiet area. - Everything was clean and convenient.

The hostel is located on the fourth floor of the building and the hist was,down till I come to make sure I was not lost. Place was well structured though a but packed. Had a,shower even after the check out since I had a evening flight. All in all I highly recommend this place if you are coming from bullt train to Hangzhou
