One of my favourite hostels in South America. Beautiful place, comfortable beds, kitchen, just perfect. Would totally recommend to explore elqui valley from here.

With a great location 200 metres from the main square, Hostal Doña Ema offers accommodations in Pisco Elqui. Rooms at Doña Ema are all fitted with heating, a private bathroom and include bed linen. A wonderful place with a lovely outdoor kitchen, lots of trees and greenery around, and it felt very secluded. A very peaceful, respectful place. We will miss it!

Set in La Serena, 700 metres from Justice Court and Cathedral, Residencial Campo Verde offers accommodation with a garden, private parking and a shared lounge. The hostess, or the lady that runs the facility was extremely nice. She had breakfast ready and it's a wonderful home with rooms. The bathroom was very clean, and hot water! Internet worked great. Way better and cheaper than the hostels in the area. I'm sure you'll love it. They don't speak English, but hey just use Google translate. They even do your laundry.

Situated in La Serena, within 2.1 km of El Faro Beach and 2.3 km of Playa Los Fuertes, Hostal Luna del Mar 840-B features accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi throughout the property as well as... The family who work here are great. They were very helpful, had bag storage, clothes washing facilities and we're very kind to provide us with breakfast items the evening before, as we were leaving very early on a tour the next day. The room and bathroom was clean and the outdoor seating area is a nice place to sit and relax. The place is close to the bus stations and the centre of town.

Set in La Serena, 2.1 km from El Faro Beach, Hostal Luna del Mar offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Very friendly family owned hostel. We rented bikes from the hostel to go on a fun ride to Coquimbo. Room was clean and there is a commune area. Rodrigo gave us some great travel tips for Vicuna, our next stop. Super kind and helpful - walked us to the bus station as well.

Hostal El Punto is set in La Serena, 2.3 km from the beach and 500 meters from the city Centre. Offering sun terrace and a garden, a barbecue and flat-screen TV is also featured in some rooms. Beautiful place to stay, colorful and chill; helpful staff and nice place to meet other travelers. The architecture, house plants and dogs are in themselves something to appreciate. Minimarkets, cafes, and a cute plaza are within short walking distance.

El Arbol Eco Lodge is located in a green and exuberant oasis , full of palm trees and a variety of other trees and flowers, where lots of birds have a peaceful and undisturbed place to live. Friendly, polite and well English speaking host. Absolute cleanness in the room. Highly comfortable bed. Lovely dogs in the property🫶 Fast internet and smart tv. Beautiful garden.

Located in the city's historic centre, Hostal El Arbol offers accommodations in La Serena. Free Wi-Fi access is available here. I liked everything ! I highly recommend El Arbol hostel. Everyone was very helpful and kind. The location is very good, near to the center, 20-25 minutes walking from the pacific and the faro, and as well 8-10 minutes walking from the bus terminal.

Located 150 metres from Gabriela Mistral Museum, Hostal Michel offers accommodations in Vicuña. Free Wi-Fi access is available here. Rooms at Hostal Michel feature a private bathroom and cable TV. Leela and Rodrigo were so helpful and friendly. They gave us so much info about where to go and what to do. Did our washing at very reasonable rate and even had bicycles to hire. Lovely garden and facilities!
