In the end it turned out beyond our expectations - the beds are solid and large enough, there are three huge and clean shared toilettes/bathrooms and there is also clean and equipped small kitchen and dining room for sharing, so we made a breakfast in the morning. The house is very nice and quite, in the beatiful and peaceful surrounding (definitely worth of visiting for more than one day) and the hosts are very kind.

Really loved everything about this place. I don’t normally do shared bathrooms when booking hotels etc but this place was immaculate and only two rooms to each bathroom/toilet. Breakfast was lovely. Lady running the place was friendly and helpful. What a pleasant stay- thank you. Loved that there’s safe storage for our bikes too (cycle holiday).

A historic guesthouse dating from the early 18th century, Gasthaus zum Turm is next to the medieval tower in the village of Hospental. It features a sun terrace overlooking the Alps. Wonderful spot. Will be back fo sure.
