Boasting a shared lounge, a terrace as well as a bar, Auberge de Jeunesse Charleroi Youth Hostel is situated in the centre of Charleroi, 42 km from Walibi Belgium. The accommodation features karaoke and free WiFi throughout the property. The staff were really nice and accommodating, and it's about a 5min walk from the Charleroi Central station (3min if it weren't for the constructions going on). Rooms were also clean and spacious. Breakfast was good too! You really get your money's worth here.

We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children, so we had a room to ourselves with en suite shower. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful - would definitely go back.

Friendly staff who gave interesting information about Mons, cosy bar and indoor games area, clean rooms, budget-friendly and nice breakfast that was included. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff and safe, warm and cozy feelings in hostel. Location is in the town centre, next to the Central Railway station and bus stop for CRL airport express-bus, which makes airport accesable from hostel in 30 min time.

The staff are friendly, and the organisation in the hostel is really good. It is clean and safe. Having a breakfast is also nice before starting the daily trip. The location is also good very close to city center and the center train station.

Good value if you are a group of friends sharing and only looking for a simple place to sleep. (We came to watch Rugby in nearby Lille) Whilst been a cheap and basic hostel it was clean and well kept. Location was good, right next to the center where there are plenty of restuarants and bars and only a short walk to the train station.

Despite all the works being carried out at the station and on the streets, the Auberge is in a fantastically convenient location. Trains, buses and metro are a two minute walk over the river. The helpful staff allowed us to leave our cases (in a locked storeroom) long before check-in time. Given the budget prices, breakfast was generous and of a surprisingly good quality. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend this hostel!

This was my second time staying here and it is always a really nice and reliable place to stay. They have a nice communal area and a fair selection of breakfast items for the price. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Additionally, the hostel feels safe as you need your keycard to enter the building and access the elevator on to the rooms.

great location, directly opposite the train station and bus station. with buses running to and from the airport starting at 4:30am for €6. return train to Brussels by train was €19. great location to the Charleroi Christmas markets too, a couple of minutes walk. shopping centre within 30 yards of the hostel. Staff very friendly and helpful, and rooms and facilities very clean. I’ve stayed it hotels a lot worse than this. 10/10
