When I needed a room change due to having to complete some work (would rather work on a desk in the hostel) - they happily helped me and charged the difference. Bedroom, ladies dormitory very spacious compared to other hostels in the area. Plenty of space for luggage as well in the dormitory. Personal lockers available and a ladies only bathroom was also available to the additional showers and wc's. Breakfast was a delight. They had a nice spread of muffins, croissants, flat bread type, jams, cereal, nuts, fruit, milk and juice. Met some wonderful people at the hostel. Bus stop for both the paid public transport and the Dash (free bus service for the area) directly opposite the hostel. Both Hethan and Jessica were helpful at reception. Kitchen, lounge, dining area big and one could easily do good cooking as well, as a few others did. Good wifi signal, free shampoo and body wash in bathrooms, and a towel and blanket were also provided. Aircon and fan in the room.
