When I walked in she was cleaning and let me put my bags away before I checked in made me feel like I was home. When I checked in the two staff members carried all my bags to my room like a five star hotel. Rooms were clean and the entire complex is well maintained. Our room had no damage, new windows, and nice period furniture and fittings. The push button light switch was a nice touch. Each room has a reserved spot by the door. Easy to unload and load bags. Lobby is really cool and staff are polite and friendly.
