Mohamed the owner did everything he could to make sure everyone felt comfortable and had a good time. The beach is just a short walk away (4mins). You can order food to the hostel or go to the beach or to the village (with tuk tuk). The breakfast was amazing!! You can book trips and most of the time there are others to join and to split the price (we for example went snorkelling and to a beach bbq). One day we will come back and enjoy another cocktail in the pool!!

We got lucky to be there at the time the hostel guests formed a really nice group, but when when quieter this place felt like an oasis of peace, relaxation and perfect holidays. The swimming pool is a blessing at any time of the day or night, the breakfast was so delicious, the staff was very kind. The location, hidden from the busy and touristy Paje, was perfect as it felt like coming back home to a comfy place. Very cheap accommodation. Definitely the best hostel in Zanzibar for me!
