This property is just 150 metres from the Göta Canal and 20 km from Mariestad town centre. It provides on-site bicycle rental, a communal kitchenette and a furnished terrace with views of Lake Vänern.

The bright and simply furnished rooms at Perssons i Backens Pensionat- Sjötorps Vandrarhem & Rum all include a wardrobe and views of the garden. Some rooms have a private bathroom.

Great Bed and Breakfast in a lovely town right next to the biggest lake in Sweden. We stayed only for one night but could have stayed way longer. Very friendly host that runs a restaurant with delicious Fish and Chips in the same street. Breakfast was also superb. And what a great area, great spot to explore the lake, the Gotta canal with it's beautiful locks and multiple Nature Reserves.
