The staff was so sweet and had lovely conversations with them I might want to do volunteer work there after this visit. The community is really nice and they try to mix the guests with local members of the community. The beds were nice with curtains and the overall vibe of the hostel is lovely. Top of the morning to ya! Just had the pleasure of staying at the Popcorn Hostel in Bucharest, and let me tell you, it was grand! The place is run by a lass named Cristina, and she's as friendly and funny as they come. She was there to help me with my luggage when I arrived, always ready with a joke and a smile. Cristina, the gem that she is, is as efficient as a Swiss watch. She's always there when you need her, making sure everything runs smoothly and everyone's having a good time. Cristina also tipped me off about the free city tour - a real treat, I tell ya! And she recommended the Caru' cu Bere restaurant. Now, that's a place you don't want to miss when you're in Bucharest! The Popcorn Hostel is a cracking place, with a friendly vibe and a great crowd. All in all, I'd give the Popcorn Hostel in Bucharest a solid 10 out of 10. It's a great spot, run by great people.
