We were two families travelling from Hamburg & Berlin, with two Appartments - and the staff were on hand in the office, very friendly and accommodating. Parking was organised as was a late checkout. Lovely sea views, a sunny terrace and very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped for a 4 day stay and grocery shopping nearby. We love the Baltic in Autumn, lovely rustical fish restaurants and long beach walks….
