On the day I left, it was too bad I wasn't able to say goodbye as I was already running late on my bus back to KL.

We stayed in the triple room with common bathroom and had a very smooth self check-in. We also liked the mattresses and the fact that the toilets were clean. Air conditioning was working well and there was a nice water filter with super cool water. Location is perfect too. At the time we stayed, we didn't meet any other guests, so we cannot mention anything regarding hostel atmosphere.
