Situated in Puerto Morelos and with Playa Puerto Morelos reachable within 300 metres, Hostal Cuca Macuca features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi throughout the property and a shared lounge. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a terrace. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available.

The hostel provides some units with sea views, and all rooms are equipped with a balcony. At Hostal Cuca Macuca the rooms have bed linen and towels.

Such a great place. The check in was awesome with the receptionist Valeria. It is steps from the beach. The kitchen is well- equipped. It is clean and Valeria will make sure you have everything you need. The beds have curtains, in both the top and lower level, with an electrical outlet in each bunk. The view is great from the roof and little pool. Quiet, not a party hostel, they don't allow drinking inside. Highly recommend, anyway, there is no other hostel in Puerto, but this will still be one of the best hostels anywhere in the world. Wifi works great.

Located in Puerto Morelos, 28 km from Cancun Underwater Museum, Hostel Humanity provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The property is around 33 km from ADO International Bus Station, 33 km from Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal and 35 km from Beto Avila Stadium. The accommodation features a shared kitchen, luggage storage space and currency exchange for guests.

Great place to stay in Puerto Morelos, in a safe neighborhood, close to everything (supermarkets, tiendas, many good restaurants and street food, plaza, bar, botanical garden, collectivos...) From there you can walk to the beach or take a ride on the collectivo for 10 pesos. The hostel is clean, has very well equipped kitchen, a nice commun area to hang out, and a pool. I highly recommend, and would stay there again anytime!!

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

Great location near the beach and near a great beach bar. Lounge chairs under the palms were lovely. Location is good a 10 min walk into town. Room was fine but small. Had a balcony with a little sea view. We were in newer building.

This little hostel is perfectly located not far from the beach. Vallarta at the front desk was so nice and super helpful! The roof top is great for watching the sunset.

Staff were fantastically helpful and friendly, made me feel at ease. Hostel was clean, showers, toilets and floor done daily. Everyone there was lovely. I came here as my first stop from the plane and it made travelling as solo female for first time in Mexico a wonderful experience, felt very safe . Social but very relaxed, great place to go to avoid the madness of party hostels in Cancun/Playa Del Carmen. Ultra close to beach, 1 or 2 minutes walk, curtains on bed for privacy.

Great location, wifi was strong enough for work with no issues, and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were lovely, and the shower was especially nice with good water pressure and temperature. The area felt super-safe, and while you could hear the music from some of the surrounding bars and restaurants, it wasn't too loud and I think it was always turned off by midnight (we were there in September 2022 for 4 nights)

Great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nice room with a small kitchen, everything worked. Nice bathroom. Comforable bed and wifi was working. AC was working well. Safe in the room. Small pool and terrace. We didnt have any problem with noise, but during our visit there were just a few guests...
