The staff was amazing. Kazushi was very helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Nagano. Make sure to contact them prior if you arrive before check-in time so you can drop your bags off. I didn't know this, but once I arrived they were there within 20 minutes to allow me to drop my bags off and give me some great guidance to the area.
