I liked it very much. Its in the sandy bay. There is access for the sandy bay beach. Hostel has such a beautiful pool which u can enjoy and drink. There are smokin and nonsmokin areas. U can chill at the balcony which is just in front of the kitchen. I liked cookin in this place very much cause socializing with the people in kitchen while cookin and eatin at balcony was amazing🥰 Owner of the hostel Mel is so helpfull about everythn.. u can rent scooter to discover the island, did that too, was fantastic. If u wanna go to west end, west bay, coxen hole etc, just in front of the hostel you can find collectivos, taxis and buses.. if u like walking, u can arrive west end in 40 mins.. i always did that. Walkin way is amazing in the nature.. Here is a advise about the island. Bring cash with u before arrived. Cause all atms are emty anytime 😅 ı couldnt pay the hostel in 1st day. Mel was so understanding at that time and told me how can i do it. While i was there, volunteers were incredible nice. Mo 🖤 Thank u for everythin.. hope to be back 💃🏾

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

Everything that you need and more. Very nice clean place with beautiful swimming pool and places to rest outside your room. Garden set up with little Cafe place. Convenient location close to West end bus stop and market. You can rent snorkling equipment on the premises. You can ask any question where to go. The owner was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place for any backpacker. The internet was excellent 👌

The hostel is just perfect, beautiful garden, lovely people working there, the common area. The kitchen, Supermarket just in the main street. But sandy bay is not touristy so don’t expect bars and restaurants and fancy shops… stay there if you have scuba classes around the place or if you are in a budget and don’t find something cheaper in west end.

Great social atmosphere and comfy surroundings, nice play to stay. Gym and a grocery store right close to it. Kitchen for cooking, a pool. Private rooms were comfortable. My favorite accomodation I stayed at in Roatan and one of the best hostels I stayed in Central Americam

There's a good whatsapp group you can join on arrival for meeting people and planning social trips. Owner had lots of helpful knowledge and advice about the island. Nice swimming pool. Beach, grocery store, resturants, and bus route very nearby. Hostel rents out snorkelling gear pretty cheap.

The hostel, for Honduras, is good quality and it's safe. I was welcomed in a nice way and they accomodated my friend who didn't have a place to stay. Taxis also had no issues finding the place.

The hostel was fantastic, it was very clean (especially the pool it was pristine!) and everyone is so friendly. Mel the owner and her staff were so helpful and friendly. You can have dinners at the hostel as well which is handy. The location is great - right next to the laundry and supermarket. You do have to get a taxi to the main attractions - but it’s still worth staying here as the taxis are so cheap ($2).

This was honestly one if the cleanest Hostels I stayed in. I don't know if it was due to Covid standards, but everything got cleaned several times a day. The atmosphere in the Hostel feels more like a family with a lot of guests staying there not for the first time. But still as a newbie and non-diver you get included right away and don't feel left out. I came to meet new people and for that this Hostel is a recommendation! Good WiFi, friendly host and staff and refreshing, clean pool. Cool coffee shop nearby.

I loved my stay at the hostel. The whole place is surrounded by tropical plants, awesome people and it has a beautiful pool. Outside the kitchen there is a little place where you can eat or just hang out. I think I've sat there every night and I met some fantastic people there. There is a big store just a 2 minute walk away, where you can buy everything you would need. It is easy to get to West End with a taxi, they drive by every 2 minutes and are pretty cheap (20 or 30 Lempiras). I would definetly reccomend this hostel.
