Everything was amazing! Such a gorgeous place, I did want to leave! It was very calm and quiet, and so very relaxing. Close to the beach, and they have bicycles you can use for free to ride into town, which is only like a 10 min ride (or less). They also provide beach towels. It was the little details like that that truly made them a 10/10

Amazing place, right at the beach and close to Montanita center, but still quiet at night. Gloria is a fantastic host, very friendly and happy to help. Rooms are super clean and in good condition incl. A/C and hot water. There is an outdoor kitchen with everything you need, a pool table and a pool from where you can watch Iguanas in the trees.

wonderful! very large studio , kitchen , dining/work area , lounge area and bedroom. only 5 mins or so stroll to the beach. amazing views from the balcony and through the large doors Up a small hill so great for views and away from the party town noise but near enough to go and enjoy. Joos is a wonderful host and great at anticipating needs. It was a wonderful place to chill and unwind after lots of busy travelling. I couldn’t recommend more!

The overall vibe of this hostel is amazing and I made a lot of friends here. It is cozy, social and the owner (Niko) is very nice and quite funny actually. The dorms are clean and comfortable. It is a 2 minute walk from the beach and also about 5 minutes from all the shops and restaurants and the main part of town. The hostel has Open Bar nights on Mondays and Fridays which are super fun and only $6. It can be noisy on these nights but if you like to drink and socialize, you will enjoy these nights and have a great time. Overall I booked this hostel for one night to see how it is and I ended up staying for 3 weeks.

We arrived at My Little House Surf&backpacker Hostel with a reservation for 4 nights and left the second night. We left because of a very serious problem for any kind of accommodation: not being able to sleep. If you are on a budget and looking for drinking party (with a relation of 5 men for a 1 woman), may be this place can be your best option. Nevertheless, there are other options in Montañita for this price and you should read the rest of this review.

The staff are super friendly and very welcoming, the volunteers chat to everyone so it's a nice place if you are solo travelling. It's a lovely beach vibe hostel. It's away from the hustle and bustle of town so you can chill out in the day and party in the night, they have a pool table, darts, volley ball and a pool so lots of things to keep you entertained. Cheap drinks, amazing food and hot showers. We extended our stay by a week! Would definitely recommend :)
