The guy working here was the only one who could speak English in all of Beijing area, I really appreciated. After a long and tiring day, there was even an option to order food. Suffice to say I felt like I was in the heaven hostel.

As a solo backpacker I almost booked an overpriced hostel which was less then 30% cheaper than this but had average reviews. I’m so glad I booked this instead. It’s easily a 4 or 5 star hotel, with everything you need, while it’s not that expensive at all compared to the region. Staff is helpful, breakfast is extremely good and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Overall a really pleasant stay and so much more comfort and luxury. Free gym, free water, free coffee (good one even) and so on.

Good value for money especially for Beijing. Much cheaper than Peking Youth Hostel and 10 times the atmosphere. Great common area that was busy and met many people, mostly Russians escaping their country. I am amazed that so many reviews complained of having to make and take down their bedding - what a bunch of whiners.

Great location. Good value. We stayed here with our kids and it was a good experience for our family. It's rough around the edges, but hey, it's a hostel. The beds were clean and the shower was hot. If you don't want to explain certain words or grown up acts to your kids, don't let them read the graffiti on the walls... We'd stay here again as a cheap clean place.
