This hostel is a gem. It felt more like a boutique hotel than a hostel. The decor and facilities like new and the staff was warm, welcoming and very attentive. Best place to stay in Puerto Natales. (We walked around to check out others and none compared to the quality of La Factoria). Breakfasts and dinners were quite tasty as well. Loved our time here. Thank you Natalia, Manuel, And Fernando!
