The Squamish Adventure Inn hostel places guests only moments away from Squamish’s activities, adventure, and excitement. It is located directly off the Sea-to-Sky Highway, only 8 minutes walk away from the shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars of Squamish city centre.

Very well organised facility. I stayed in a hotel-style double room with ensuite, and it was excellent. I also used the communal kitchen and dining area, and chatted with the many friendly hostel guests and staff. I was skiing in Whistler most days, and able to walk 10 minutes on the path beside the inlet up to the Adventure Centre and back to catch the SkyLynx shuttle bus that operates from Vancouver to Squamish to Whistler. This worked out much better value than staying in Whistler. The same path is a 10 minute walk into downtown Squamish in the other direction, to supermarkets, restaurants and other stores. All in all, this was an excellent stay.

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.

Loved the atmosphere in the hostel, the patio, living area and the view. The room was good, bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen well-stocked. Centrally located by far enough away that it was quiet at night.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere and right above the brew pub. Despite this it was quiet with wonderful window seats looking out on views of the mountains.

Friendly staff. Clean for hostel with carpet ( though stayed in a private room with a private washroom and didn't spend time in the common areas). Private entrance with convenient parking which was nice for ease of carrying gear. Close to essentials in town.
