Meaning when you got off the greyhound bus, a friendly staff member was there waiting for you to take you to the hostel. Also they took you back to the greyhound bus stop and they offered service driving to the junction (shopping area) and the beach. The hostel offer a free breakfast. A lovely relaxed feel and nice vibe throughout. It felt like a home from home experience. The staff were all happy to help and did their job with a smile.

Everything and especially the kitchen was really clean. The staff were amazing and although it’s kind of a little more pricey, you get free breakfast and a lot of activities. Met cool people here and would always come back!

You can enjoy your own time but always have the chance to hang out with people. It’s a quick walk to sunshine beach and has a shuttle to the main beach. Plenty of fridge space and equipment in the kitchen. The free breakfast was just a treat. Events were held each night including free sausage sizzle, wine and cheese night and nachos and sangria. Cannot fault this place. Thank you to all the staff for being so friendly and welcoming. Recommend this hostel to anyone and everyone!EmmaYoung couple

They clean every day the rooms very well. Enough spots to phone. It is very social. Free surfboards with a shuttle to the beach and the bus stop for the Greyhound.
