We booked two rooms but were not near each other, 1 was down a hall way. Lucky my daughter (18YO) felt safe to stay by herself. (we booked 3 weeks earlier for 2 rooms). Easy parking, easy after hours access. Easy to access the restaurant. Service in restaurant was a little slow, we had to ask for drinks a few times before food arrived, but the food was good and worth the wait.

Comfy bed, huge shower, huge fluffy towels, spotless linen, quiet rooms, spacious grounds and lovely staff. A few minutes outside Sale but perfect for a budget stay in the area.
