I absolutely adored this unique stay! The family was very friendly, helpful and acommodating. They took care of everything. The room was very neat and comfy, a big relaxing bed. The common bathroom was held clean. The location is great, you can sit out on the terrace by the river. I booked the fireflies tour through them, which was a great experience. The family helped with booking the taxi and getting around. I will gladly come again! :)

Clean and quiet. located on a water canal not far from the highway but feel totally isolated. Charming and helpful owners. Food was extremely good. Located in Amphawa, a 5-minute boat ride or a 10-minute drive to Amphawa Floating Market, Baan Loylom Farmstay boasts a barbecue and water sports facilities. Lovely place to stay. The owners went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. They even took us for a lovely walk around the farm where we had fresh coconut and fed the chickens.

Very near to Amphawa Floating market and there is a 7 Eleven nearby too. This was my second time staying in this homestay (2015 and 2022). We took 3 rooms and the homestay was occupied entirely by the 10 of us. The owner is very friendly and could speak English. She helped us in communicating with the tuk tuk driver and transporter, as the locals mostly could not understand English at all. The place is very clean, homely and comfortable.
