This is a lovely little guest house run by an incredibly kind and caring Thai family. We were made to feel so welcome at T&N, it made our stay in Ayutthaya special. The guesthouse is in a good location for the main attractions, definitely walking distance. It is down a small street, so off the road and away from any traffic noise. The rooms are comfortable with adequate storage space, a mini bar with cold drinks, including beer, and snacks. You just pay for what you take. The air con is quiet and very efficient, the shower is great - lots of hot water and decent pressure. The bed was comfy and the linen clean and fresh. We were given a lovely breakfast every day, included in the price. The mango and sticky rice is delicious! There are tea and coffee facilities in the reception area that you can use free of charge plus two fridges full of cold drinks which you can buy at a reasonable price. Every day, when we returned to the guesthouse, we were given a container of watermelon, very refreshing after the heat and dust of the city. The guest house offers a laundry service, again at a very reasonable cost. We went on a boat trip, which can be booked via the guesthouse, and both really enjoyed it. At 200 baht per person, including a tuk tuk to the boat, it was good value. The owner's daughter speaks English very well and helped us with our sightseeing plans. We hired a couple of bikes for the day, 50 baht per person. The bikes are well maintained and made it easy to cover a lot of ground in one day. We stayed for 5 nights and would have been happy staying longer. We really were treated like family! Must also mention the little dog, so friendly - he loves having his tummy tickled! During our stay there were a couple of families and it seemed like the guesthouse waa a great accommodation choice if you are travelling with children.

Located within 1.4 km of Wat Yai Chaimongkol and 3.8 km of Wat Mahathat in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Baan Canalee (บ้านคานาลี) offers accommodation with seating area. Baan Canalee is beautiful. It was a little house and very comfortable. The host is so helpful.

Baan Keang Chon Ayutthaya บ้านเคียงชล อยุธยา has lake views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, 1.4 km from Ayutthaya Historical Park. It is a cute little family run hotel. It is on the riverfront and is conveniently located near restaurants and the Ayutthaya National Park. The service is excellent. The owner and his family were extremely helpful in planning our Ayutthaya stay. The pictures are exactly what you get.
