They are great hosts with all the practical details working well at their poshtel. Communication was very strong. It was easy to communicate with the hotel before my stay about how to arrive. They gave good instructions and even offered to collect me from the bus station. Thank you! On arrival I received a friendly welcome. While I was there they were proactive in checking I was having a good stay. It was really nice that the hotel is in a small quiet street, not far from eating options. My room was exactly like the pictures. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. There was soap and shampoo in the bathroom. All of the bed linens and towels smelled nice and fresh. Communal areas were very clean and well-organised. There are sweet and savoury options available for breakfast. They take care of every detail. The design of the hotel is beautiful, done in a high quality way. I was only able to stay one night but I thought it was great value. The hotel is both well planned and well managed. It is an example of a small hotel run by people who really care that you have a good experience there. They took great care of me and I have happy memories of my new friends in Nan. Thank you so much for creating this beautiful place to stay and I wish you so much luck with your business!

The accommodation is simple but fantastic. It's like camping but more relaxing and with fewer bugs. The common/dining areas and the lookout tower made the stunning views and sounds much more enjoyable. Mong was also very kind and laid back, always playing indie music and ready to help.
