The host and staff will do anything to make your stay as wonderful as posible and are so very kind. The rooms are perfect with a lovely hot shower. The quality/ price relation is just perfect!! I will certainly go again when I will be back in Hikkaduwa!

By far the cleanest place we stayed in Sri lanka. Highly recommended! The room is basic but really clean! The hot shower, was perfect. It's a quiet neighbourhood. Nice balcony for sitting, good WiFi and excellent breakfast, only 600 rp. Bus/train 10 minutes, the fort 15 minutes walking

However, what we appreciate most are the hosts - they are very nice and always willing to help!

Great place to chill out, secure, clean and away from the main town but only a short walk to the beach, main bus and train station. Good pool and balcony to sit out. Perfect.

Hikkaduwa Plajı'na yaklaşık 500 metre uzaklıkta yer alan havuz manzaralı Villa Kaya Guest House açık yüzme havuzu, bahçe ve teras sunmaktadır. Exceptional property. Staff very helpful, professional and accommodating. The grounds were immaculate and the bed very comfortable. A fridge provided which made it possible to keep drinks nice and cold. The best place that I stayed in Sri Lanka.
